In 1917 in Fatima, Portugal, Our Lady appeared on the 13th of each month for six months to three children, Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. She gave them an important message: many souls go to hell because there is no one to pray and sacrifice for them, and showed them a vision of hell where poor sinners go. She asked for the daily recitation of the Rosary. To prove the reality of the apparitions, there was a great miracle of the sun in October, witnessed by over 70,000 people. Feastday: October 13
