St. Christopher: 4" statue
St. Christopher, whose name means "bearer of Christ" was a convert from paganism. He was of great stature, and used his size to help others cross a deep stream. One day, he helped a small child, whose weight continued to increase as they crossed the river. Demanding to know who this heavy child was, He revealed Himself as Christ, who bears the weight of the whole world on His shoulders. St. Christopher died a martyr for the Child he once carried.
